Two brand-new clips for Evil Dead Rise have been released this week, and tickets for the film are currently on sale. The videos, “Burned Alive” and “Good Girl,” depict the Deadite control of Ellie, a new franchise character. These two videos, along with a third previously-released clip, show her torturing her sister Beth and her daughter Kassie.
Next Monday, return to BD for an all-out massacre in the classic Evil Dead style.
“Evil Dead Rise is a crowd-pleasing movie that is best appreciated with a boisterous crowd of fellow fans.” The Evil Dead Rise, directed by Lee Cronin (The Hole in the Ground), will be seen only in theaters on April 21, 2023.
Along with Alyssa Sutherland and Lily Sullivan, the film also stars Gabrielle Echols (Reminiscence),
Morgan Davies (The End), and Nell Fisher (Splendid Isolation).

The official Evil Dead Rise plot summary is provided here. A weary Beth finally pays her older sister Ellie a visit in the fifth installment of the Evil Dead series. Ellie is a single mother of three children living in a small apartment in Los Angeles.
The sisters’ reunion is interrupted when a mysterious book found deep inside Ellie’s building summons flesh-eating demons and forces Beth to engage in a primitive struggle for survival while experiencing the nightmare that is parenthood.
Producing Evil Dead Rise are Sam Raimi, Bruce Campbell, and Robert Tapert. The three have, in Campbell’s words, been “very involved” with the project from the beginning.
In the horror movie “Evil Dead Rise,” a mother (Alyssa Sutherland) is possessed by a demon, leading to a horrific night for a family living in an apartment building in Los Angeles.
