In addition to his separation from his wife Alexis Gale, country music performer Jimmie Allen is going through various other life transitions.
In an Instagram post on Friday, Allen stated that he and Gale had decided to part ways “after much thought.” He also mentioned how their family would be growing.
We can also disclose that we will be welcoming another child together later this year while we negotiate this life change, he wrote. We continue to be committed to co-parenting with love and respect for one another. “Our number one priority is and always will be ensuring that our children are healthy, happy, and loved.”

On her personal Instagram page, Gale shared a similar statement.
We sincerely seek privacy at this time due to (our) expanding family, he added.

According to an August 2021 interview with People, Allen and Gale wed privately in 2020 before exchanging vows publicly in 2021. Zara is 1 years old and Naomi is 3 years old. In addition, Allen has an 8-year-old son named Aadyn from a prior union.
